Privacy policy
What this site collects
The pages of this site do not include analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, or tracking pixels, and the site has no accounts, comment sections or sign-up forms. The site’s own code sets no cookies and does not use your browser’s local storage. The only information you give us directly is what you choose to send by email (see “If you email us”). Our hosting provider also processes some technical data automatically when you visit (see “Hosting logs”).
Hosting logs
The site is served through a hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare). Like most providers, it processes technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and it may keep standard server logs for security and to operate the service. Depending on how the service is configured, it may also use cookies or its own measurement tools for security or performance. That processing happens under the provider’s own policies, not ours. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. Your message passes through the email services that forward and store it, which handle it under their own policies. We use it to reply to you and to check and correct the site. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with other companies except those email services or where the law requires it. If you ask us to delete a conversation, we will delete it from our mailbox, though copies kept by email providers or in backups may remain for a time under their own policies.
Links to other sites
This site links to the companies it covers. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies or collect data, and if you click a link, your browser may tell that site that you came from Solo Stack Picks. If we add affiliate links, the destination company or its affiliate network may set cookies when you click, under their own policies. We will list the programs we join in the affiliate disclosure.
Children
The site is meant for people running a business and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we add analytics, a newsletter or anything else that collects data, we will update this page before we do. The date at the top shows the last update.
